Travel enquiries, quotes and payments
This page explains how travel enquiries and confirmed quotes are handled by Afrobeats Travel Agency. The final itinerary, written quote and booking-specific conditions supplied by the travel team set out the arrangements for your journey.
1. Enquiries and availability
Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not reserve a place or confirm a booking. Tell us your preferred dates, destination, number of travellers and any relevant requirements. The travel team confirms availability and proposed arrangements before issuing a quote.
2. Your itinerary and quote
Review the names, dates, party size, accommodation, transport, activities, inclusions and exclusions in your written quote. Website prices are indicative planning guides per person in USD. The confirmed quote states the amount for your travel party and any additional charges agreed with you.
Flights, visas, travel insurance, tips and personal spending are excluded from guide prices unless your final written quote expressly includes them. Ask the travel team to resolve any missing details before you pay.
3. Payments
Confirmed quotes are paid through a private payment link. Card and other available payment methods are processed by Paystack. Check the displayed total and currency before submitting payment.
Where a USD quote is paid in KES, the original USD amount, agreed exchange rate and KES total are shown before payment. The rate and total recorded on your confirmed quote apply to that payment.
A payment attempt is complete when it has been verified and recorded against your order. If an attempt fails or you are unsure of the result, contact the travel team with your order reference before trying again.
4. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Request the cancellation, amendment and refund conditions for your specific itinerary before accepting the quote. These depend on the confirmed arrangements and the relevant supplier conditions, subject to applicable law.
To request a change or cancellation, contact the travel team promptly with your quote or order reference. The team will review the request against the agreed booking conditions and explain any available options, supplier charges and refund arrangements.
5. Traveller information
Check the travel requirements that apply to your passport and journey before booking. Tell the team about accessibility, dietary or other requirements so the proposed arrangements can be reviewed with the relevant suppliers.
